Carbon Sponge Hub at White Feather Farm in Saugerties, NY, was established in 2021 to give farmers tools to track soil characteristics with a simple kit coupled with professional lab testing. Testing provides farmers with feedback on the state of their soil and experiments with new crops and/or techniques. It is also a record of carbon changes over time.
